Goals available for this plugin:

Goal Description
jasperreports:compile-reports Compiles JasperReports xml definition files.

Much of this was inspired by the JRAntCompileTask, while trying to make it slightly cleaner and easier to use with Maven's mojo api.
jasperreports:help Display help information on jasperreports-maven-plugin.
Call 
 mvn jasperreports:help -Ddetail=true -Dgoal=<goal-name>
to display parameter details.

The following specifies the minimum requirements to run this Maven plugin:

Maven 2.0.6
JDK 1.4
Memory No minimum requirement.
Disk Space No minimum requirement.

Usage

You should specify the version in your project's plugin configuration:
